Hello! My name is Julia Baiar. I’m new here at ACA and am a part of the Aftercare Team! I graduated from Clark College in 2020 and attended Portland Bible College as well. I have a heart for children and want to see them grow into the person God has created them to be! I’m so blessed to have been accepted into the ACA family!
