PRESCHOOL DANCE

Dance at the preschool level focuses on learning all about rhythm, how to move their bodies, shapes their bodies can make, stretching, and some beginning ballet positions. They play dancing and stretching games, and have a blast while learning! They perform twice a year on stage, so they get the opportunity to learn how to perform on stage and overcome their fears! What brave little ones they are!
